Presidential Candidate to Accept Crypto-Contributions

“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” Deriving these rights from “the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God,” as is written in the Declaration of Independence, authors Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson imply the natural rights of humankind everywhere, unencumbered by geographical boundary, language, culture, gender or otherwise. To that end, as American policy affects not only Americans, but the natural rights of humankind everywhere; we, as Americans, owe “a decent respect” to all humankind through our policy. Therefore, with your support, we hereby declare our independence from the two-party system in America in order to free all peoples from deprivation of their natural right to liberty.
The Federal Election Commission is the gatekeeper to the electoral process in America. While they inhibit with subjective language the qualification of new parties for ballot access, they have left an opening.
The FEC allows for anonymous contributions of up to $50. Traditionally provided exclusively in cash, We the People may now employ this rule to fund candidates and the new National Committee with crypto-currency contributions.
To that end, since crypto-currencies fluctuate in value daily, we will use the New York (UTC-4) closing price to determine the conversion rate and maximum contribution amount. As the presumed Party Chair, awaiting your official confirmation, I will post the daily closing price to a spreadsheet linked here. The maximum contribution is also listed for your convenience. Please limit your contribution to the posted maximum for that particular day. Any amount over the maximum will be returned.
With that in mind, we will accept cash, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, and Monero. Since crypto is not truly anonymous as each transaction is associated with a wallet and transaction ID, each wallet ID is limited to one $50 contribution per primary and general election cycle, per candidate and per party account. A list of eligible accounts is provided below. More account addresses will be posted as processes are implemented to manage the accounting. accounting. To that end, you should expect an opportunity to contribute to Presidential and Congressional candidate committees, Leadership PACs, four national party accounts, three national Senatorial accounts, three national Congressional accounts, and at least 50 state party accounts.
Finally, the FEC requires that candidates and committees make a “reasonable” effort to ascertain the nationality of the anonymous donor in order to ensure that contributions are exclusively sourced by Americans. For that reason, I humbly request that non-American nationals refrain from making anonymous contributions. I rely upon your good faith to adhere to my humble request.
I must admit, it is a shame that we must oblige to this policy. As Thomas Jefferson once said, “Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add ‘within the limits of the law’ because law is often the tyrant’s will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual.” Nevertheless, we are compelled to honorably adhere to the policy as it is written, however these policies may affect the natural rights of non-national Americans around the world.
