A Seven Year Chronicle
Bitcoin’s Dark Secret
It seemed that I really hit a nerve when I published that Bitcoin was a $3 quadrillion fraud. I was livid. I can’t imagine how the opposing party must have felt. The government I had served kept me in a box and now they were defrauding the entire planet. I did the only thing I could do: I wrote an article about it to expose the fallacy and emailed it to every crypto outlet on the planet until I found a taker.
CryptoCoinsNews.com published Bitcoin’s Dark Secret on December 11th, 2017 as their lead story. They estimated over 300,000 hits in a matter of hours. The backlash was severe. No one likes to be told that Santa isn’t real. From October through December of 2017, I researched, wrote and traded $2,500 into $80,000 before giving back half the gains to close out at $40,000. I detailed the 23 day episode of harassment in Hijacking America: Part II in which the government thought that they caught me laundering money rather than trading successfully. I had enough of the harassment and enough of raising for geothermal. In my research to bail out of the U.S., I learned that the IRS will get me anywhere on the planet — except Puerto Rico.
Learning Point #14: Poke the Bear, Get Bit
If there was any reprieve from outright obstruction, and I don’t believe there ever was, the break was over after I published Can Terrorists Hack Bitcoin and Bitcoin’s Dark Secret. The irony, I believe, is in the phrase itself, “poke the bear.” The bear is a communist symbol. On the other hand, our national symbol for liberty is the eagle. We don’t hear about poking the eagle, yet we hear warnings about not poking the bear that is the U.S. Government.
