A Letter of Liberty
We live in a world of duality: black and white, good and bad, up and down; the Fascists, and the Americans; all equally endowed by our creator to life, liberty, and love under the “Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God.”
But don’t tell the fascists that. They want total authoritarian control.
Indeed, while America has never truly lived up to our own ideals — providing equal rights for all — the last forty years have been especially bad. Fascists are choking the life out of Lady Liberty.
Since 1978, we have lost our courts, our elections, and our constitutional rights. Secret FISA courts originally meant for foreign intelligence and surveillance purposes now monitor, obstruct and entrap law-abiding Americans under the authorization of the USA PATRIOT Act. Without 9/11, the PATRIOT Act would not be the law — our troops now fight for oil and opium instead of liberty. Our stacked public courts helped fascist-controlled corporations to hijack our elections. Now those same corporations censor our speech. Fascists separate parents from children at the borders. They build walls instead of bridges, and they pollute our planet. Our air gives us asthma; our water is full of lead and causes developmental disabilities; our food makes us fat and sick. Our money fails to hold value. Instead, fascists fund potential pandemic pathogens and call it the Paycheck Protection Program. They suspend our rights, yet again, through the IRS Get My Payment tool, and then cover it all up with fake news. The fascists are so brazen that our two-party choices for president are between an authoritarian dictator and the PATRIOT Act author who created him. As a result of this fascist incursion, finally, America stands ready, more than ever before, to cast aside the two-party tyranny — 70% of America wants a third option.
Some people are excited about an Amash nomination. He is the first Libertarian Party Congressional Representative, and he pledges to do a lot of things, but ending the Federal Reserve isn’t one of them.
You’re smarter than this. You know, like me, that until we end the Fed, we will never be free — because whoever has the money makes the rules — and the Fed has all the money.
The people want change. This is our one chance to get it right. Let’s end the Federal Reserve and replace it with a credit union that is clean, green, citizen-owned, and fully transparent so that every American has an equal ownership stake in our economy, so that we get off of oil, out of oil wars, and invest into renewables and organics instead. Let’s legalize cannabis and decriminalize all drugs so that we get people out of prison, off the pills, off the streets, and back to work. Let’s declassify and open-source our government so that we, the people, are empowered with the truth; and let’s pass the Amendments for America package so that we will never again be hijacked by falsehood, fascists, and fake news.
The Amendments for America package includes five constitutional amendments to restore liberty in America. The Void for Vagueness Amendment restores the 1926 constitutional rule that required all laws to be clear, objective, and easily understood. The Supreme, Not Extreme Courts Amendment restores the century-old precedent of a three-fifths Senate confirmation and requires re-confirmation for any justice since 9/11 who falls short of that standard. The Election Protection Amendment overturns Citizens United and permanently protects citizen control over our elections. The Planet-Friendly Money Amendment ends American entrapment by replacing the fascist foreign-controlled Federal Reserve with a clean, green, citizen-owned, and fully transparent credit union. The Balanced Budget Amendment requires that America maintains a balanced budget so that America never again becomes a slave to the lender. For detail, visit LibertyStrikesBack.com.
Our founding fathers left to us an instruction manual for righteous self-government and freedom. Though even they were unable to set America on a path to live up to the ideals that they set forth for our nation, they saw what was possible, and what should be — and now we have an opportunity to make it so.
Let us not squander this opportunity presented by fascist zeal. Let us swing the pendulum of politics to permanently restore liberty in America.
To Life, Liberty & Love,
